How can I return my order?
Returning an order is always possible, provided that the products are in their original condition and – if at all possible – in their original packaging. If you do not want to keep a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of delivery and dissolve the contract. Exceptions to this rule are personalised articles such as printed soccer jerseys and Design It Yourself products. Unfortunately shipping costs for international returns are for your own charge, provided that the article was delivered incorrectly.
Follow this 2 easy steps to return your order:
Step 1: Put your order in the reusable shipping bag or a sturdy box.
Do not forget to include the packing slip or a copy of same in the package. That ensures that we can refund the costs of the returned products to your bank account as soon as possible. If you have lost the packing slip, please include a note listing your order number. We cannot process your return shipment without your order number. The order number consists of 9 digits and starts with a 1.
Step 2: Deliver your package to a post office.
Note: please save your proof of shipping until we have fully processed the return shipment. You will automatically receive an email once we have begun processing your return shipment. It can take several weeks for a package to be delivered to us.
Can I exchange my order?
If you want to order a different product or a different size of the same product, we recommend placing a new order on our website instead. That ensures you receive the new product as soon as possible.
How long will it take until my money is refunded?
You will receive a confirmation via email once we have begun processing your return shipment. After the returned products are approved, we will refund the costs of the returned products to your bank account or credit card within five working days.
Legal right to cancel
As listed above, Dutch law states that anyone has the right to cancel a contract within a period of 14 days without having to list a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the transporter, takes physical possession of the product. To exercise your right to cancel, you need to send us an unambiguous notice of your desire to cancel the contract (e.g. via mail, fax or email). Regarding the cancellation period, it is sufficient to notify us of your desire to exercise your right to cancel before the end of the cancellation period. When you cancel the contract, we will refund the full amount paid by you up to that point, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer for domestic deliveries), immediately and no later than 14 days after we are notified of your decision to cancel the contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method as the one you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to the use of a different method. In any case, you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We are allowed to withhold the refund until the products have been returned to us or until you have proven that you have returned the products – whichever moment comes first. You are to return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to cancel the contract. In this regard, products returned before the end of the 14-day period are acceptable. You are liable for any devaluation of the products resulting from any use beyond what is necessary to evaluate the products’ state, characteristics and proper functioning.
