The store is also open two hours before and one hour after every home game.

If you are visiting this website for the first time, we recommend that you register first. Registration is non-binding and offers many advantages. When you register and then return to this webshop later for a new purchase, all you have to do is log in with the password and username of your choosing. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your password and username.

PSV FANstore Online uses your personal information to offer high-quality personalised services and ensure your order is handled perfectly. We will never pass on your information to third parties.

Delivery times
For domestic orders, PSV FANstore Online employs a standard delivery time of 24 hours in the Netherlands if the product is in stock and if your order is placed before 11 PM from Sunday to Friday, unless the product page in question explicitly lists a different delivery time. PSV FANstore Online does not send partial deliveries. If you have ordered multiple products, the longest delivery time will determine when your package arrives.

All prices are listed including 21% VAT.

Shipping costs
The costs for an international shipment depend on several factors. Click here for an overview of international shipping costs.

Custom prints
Articles that feature custom prints cannot be returned. Shirt numbers are subject to changes.

If you want to return a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product within thirty (30) days of delivery and dissolve the contract. Please note that articles that feature prints, personalised articles and discounted articles cannot be returned. Return shipments will be accepted if the article is undamaged and unused and if its original packaging and – if applicable – plastic seal are similarly undamaged. The same applies to incorrect deliveries and products that you received in a damaged state

In cooperation with our payment provider, we accept the following payment methods:

  • iDeal (Internet checkout, no payment costs)
  • Credit cards: Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa (Internet checkout, no payment costs)

Once your payment has been received, we will ship your products within the listed delivery times.
